1. All exhibitor entries must be made online through the Fair Entry System between May 29th & and until June 12th at 11:59 PM. Instructions will be sent to 4-H families via email, provided to leaders, and available at the MSU Extension office as soon as they are available. We recommend saving the registration record once completed (no printout of the registration is required at the MSU office.)

2. There will be a late fee of $50 per exhibitor for 4-H Youth Show entries not submitted, or requested changes after the June 12th FairEntry deadline. As fair entry closes at 11:59pm on June 12th exhibitors must contact 4-H staff for change requests. If you wish to modify or add entries and pay the late fee you MUST request changes to be made by June 22nd. The late fee must be paid by July 13th, or the exhibitor will not be able to exhibit that project in the 4-H Youth Show. If the exhibit is a market animal to be entered in the auction, the late fee must be paid to participate in the auction.

3. For those who do not have internet access, online registrations may be completed at the MSU Extension office from May 29th until June 12th. Contact 4-H staff before the deadline to schedule an appointment at 734.997.1678

4. Superintendents will be able to make necessary changes between June 12th and June 26th.

5. A $5 entry fee per exhibitor is required. Payable to: Washtenaw County 4-H Youth Show and turned in by club to Youth Show Leader Meeting, scheduled for Monday, June 22nd at 6:30 p.m.

6. Using the pen count sheet provided to each club, pen fees will be assessed. The total family pen fee will not exceed $50/family. Pen fees will be collected by club leaders, using one pen count sheet, and one check per club (recommended), and turned in 4-H Youth Show Leader Meeting, scheduled for Monday, June 22nd at 6:30 p.m.
